I'd say minimum for running ok vr is gtx 960. But alyx requires gtx 1060, don't skimp out on video card, alyx just from screen shots, looks like it needs a good video card. It's a great system and I am very satisfied with it, I strongly recommend getting it unless you're really rich and have the money for an index because without a doubt the index is the absolute best system for alyx due to it's superior performance, hand tracking, pressure sensitivity, and higher resolution.
