But I have always promised myself a 300C and when my land rover 13.1 volts if recently charged, drops quickly to 12.6 volts under light load (side lights). 13.7 - 14.7 volts with engine at 1500 rpm plus electrical accessories off, battery well charged. At 2000 rpm with all accessories on, voltage should not fall below 12.6 volts. 10 volts when cranking on starter (hot) minimum. Take metal turbo pipe off (alloy intake) Take off black box (resonator) that metal turbo intake pipe joins. The belt tensioner is behind the resonator. Once the resonator is removed, use a socket on the tensioner to gain slack. There should be a pin hole to lock off the tensioner to facilitate a belt change. The new belt is still tight to get on.
